As Mantas' mastery grows and opportunities open up to achieve the highest goals in the sport of swimming, financial obligations also grow significantly in order to ensure the necessary conditions for further development and education.

Success in sports of course is necessary, but without a financial basis it is very difficult, if not impossible, to achieve the highest goals. In the absence of funding from the state budget, there were two alternatives to choose from: give up, reduce ambitions, or look for other ways to preserve this perspective. Not for a moment doubting that for the sake of Lithuanian swimming and the future of young people dedicated to this sport, the latter path should be chosen, the "Mantas Kauspedas Swimming Foundation" was founded, intended to provide an opportunity for caring people, sponsors, sports supporting companies to jointly create the history of Lithuanian swimming.
Currently, the main goal of the Foundation is to provide conditions for promising and talented athletes to study and train in the United Kingdom, go to international competitions, championships and camps with high-level professional coaches and prepare for the most important future victories, which will undoubtedly include the contribution of each sponsor. The fund has been granted the status of a recipient of support according to the Law on Charity and Support of the Republic of Lithuania, and all people of good will or companies supporting sports can donate to it. The use of support and the transparency of the Fund's activities are ensured in accordance with the provisions of this law. The foundation's mission is further promotion of Lithuania's name through achievements in swimming.
We believe that after realizing the initial goals and creating a success story, in the future this fund will be able to help many swimming talents realize their dreams and achieve the highest sports results. Together with Mantas, we want to inspire more children and young people to choose this path and provide them with the necessary support.
